Online Guided Retreat based upon The Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola
Saint Ignatius (16th century) was the founder of the Society of Jesus, also known as the Jesuits.
He wrote a 30 day spiritual discipleship program which is still used by many today known as The Spiritual Exercises.
On this 30 day retreat you will discover more about your true self, your connection with the world around you, a deeper and more intimate connection with the scriptures and the life of Christ, and so much more.
Created around 6 weeks of meeting Mondays to Fridays, giving you the weekends to be with family or allow the things looked at to settle in to your being, on this online retreat you will meet with your guide mid-morning for a teaching session lasting around 60-90 minutes, then in the early evening for around 40 - 60 minutes to discuss what has come up within you over the day, and finally for a night Examen lasting around 20-30 minutes. On top of this you will receive a set of notes for morning prayer to guide you in the start of your day.
This retreat is perfect for Ministers on sabbatical, or those who are retired or self employed and can arrange their days, or for anyone who wishes to take the time out and engage with such a thing.
The cost of the retreat is £1,200 which can be paid in 3 equal installments before the retreat happens, or in one sum anytime before the retreat happens*.
